In addition to investing capital, contributing capital and establishing a business in Vietnam, LAW PAGE LLC also helps clients establish representative offices for foreign traders and establish branches of foreign traders in Vietnam. Foreign traders (small and medium-sized capital) can access, market, buy and sell products in the Vietnamese market but do not have the need for direct investment or indirect investment.

We can help our Clients as follows:

  • Advising on the establishment and application for operation licenses of representative offices of foreign traders and/or branches of foreign traders in Vietnam;
  • Assisting foreign traders in the following tasks:
    • To check profile of potential partners;
    • To make market reports;
    • To assist and obtain the trade licenses;
    • To become an authorized representative for commercial transaction, transportation transaction;
    • To draft and review commercial contract, franchise contract, technology transfer contract;
    • To register brand, trademark, industrial pattern; and register product conformity to the laws of Vietnam;
  • Identifying and making claims for intellectual property infringement, breach of commercial contract, breach of payment obligations and preparation of lawsuit procedures (if any);
  • Advising on labor policies and wages of employees working at representative offices or branches in Vietnam;
