{"id":192,"date":"2016-02-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trangwebvang.net\/lawpage\/2016\/02\/02\/hi-tech-agricultural-zone-master-plan-approved\/"},"modified":"2016-02-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-02-02T00:00:00","slug":"hi-tech-agricultural-zone-master-plan-approved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lawpage.vn\/en\/hi-tech-agricultural-zone-master-plan-approved\/","title":{"rendered":"Hi-tech agricultural zone master plan approved"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">In a move to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and ensure national food security, the Prime Minister&nbsp;<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: -0.2pt;\">recently approved the master plan to build&nbsp;<\/span>hi-tech agricultural zones through 2020, with a vision toward 2030, under Prime Minister Decision No. 575\/QD-TTg.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">In addition to the previously approved hi-tech agricultural zones in Hau Giang and Phu Yen provinces, by 2020, eight others will be built in Thai Nguyen, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong and Binh Duong provinces and Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh cities.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">The master plan also envisages the development of hi-tech agricultural zones to produce local specialties, such as coffee in the Central Highlands, northwestern and northern Central Vietnam, tea in Thai Nguyen and Lam Dong provinces; dragon fruit in Binh Thuan province; and vegetables in Lao Cai and Lam Dong provinces and Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh cities.&nbsp;<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">Flowers will be extensively grown in Lao Cai and Lam Dong provinces and Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities, and fruits for export will be produced in the Southeastern and Mekong River delta regions.&nbsp;<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">Son La, Nghe An and Lam Dong provinces and Hanoi will apply high technologies to rearing dairy cows, while the Red River delta, Mekong River delta, northeastern region and northern Central Vietnam will adopt hi-tech innovations in poultry breeding. Hi-tech pig farming will be developed in the Red River delta and southeastern region.&nbsp;<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">The Red River delta, Mekong River delta, northern Central Vietnam, southern central coast and southeastern regions will focus on breeding saltwater and brackish water shrimp.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">&nbsp;By 2030, the country will build at least 10 more hi-tech agricultural zones in Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Son La, Nam Dinh and Nghe An provinces and Hanoi.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><font size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">Hi-tech agricultural zone developers and investors will be entitled to various incentives.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a move to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and ensure national food security, the Prime Minister&nbsp;recently approved the master plan to build&nbsp;hi-tech agricultural zones through 2020, with a vision toward 2030, under Prime Minister Decision No. 575\/QD-TTg.
