{"id":94,"date":"2014-02-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-02-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trangwebvang.net\/lawpage\/2014\/02\/23\/decree-no-202-2013-nd-cp-tougher-rules-on-fertilizer-production\/"},"modified":"2019-08-21T11:54:14","modified_gmt":"2019-08-21T11:54:14","slug":"decree-no-202-2013-nd-cp-tougher-rules-on-fertilizer-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lawpage.vn\/en\/decree-no-202-2013-nd-cp-tougher-rules-on-fertilizer-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Decree No. 202\/2013\/ND-CP: Tougher rules on fertilizer production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"TAPCHI\" style=\"MARGIN: 6pt 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">Accordingly, from February 1, 2014, in addition to having business registration certificates or certificates of investment in production and trading of fertilizers granted by competent state agencies; having suitable machinery, equipment and technological processes for production output and types of fertilizers, fertilizers producers must also introduce and apply standards on input materials in conformity with conditions for control of fertilizer product quality; and fertilizer quality-analyzing and -testing sections. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"TAPCHI\" style=\"MARGIN: 6pt 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">Their managerial, technical and operational staffs must be qualified and knowledgeable in chemical, physical and biological fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"TAPCHI\" style=\"MARGIN: 6pt 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">The new regulation also details conditions for fertilizer trading applicable to organizations and individuals.
